We signed on with Online BK Manager about 4 months ago. They promised great things, but unfortunately there was only one vehicle that was sold off their program. After the audit revealed only one deal, their communication became almost null. After pressing their management I received an email stating that the letter I sent out was never approved and I didn't qualify for the guarantee. Yet the letter I sent was almost identical to the letter they sent out as part of their intro package??? Be careful, the guarantee has too many holes and the costs of mailing out over 1000 letters each month will quickly exceed any profits.

This mailer was the WORST investment our advertising department could have made! Near $8,000 dollars for start up, countless man hours, and over $1,000 in just postage and not one single sale. Not ONE! Not one Single dollar made in profit! This company is a complete scam! BUYER BEWARE!!! For nearly $8,000 dollars we received endless amounts of addresses and almost 1/3 of all of the mailers we sent out came back to us! No phone traffic what so ever! No phone leads… oh but if you pay MORE to one of THEIR affiliated companies You can get numbers and Yet ANOTHER company and EVEN more Money for emails!!!! And who knows if they are even actual active ways for communication!!!! This was a complete waste of resources! I will NEVER Recommend someone use this mailer company!!! BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A RIP OFF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
