Shaun Raines Announced as Speaker at 2012 CRM Convention

Shaun Raines has studied and been a part of automotive services and sales management for nearly 20 years. He gained much of his knowledge by attending the Professional Automotive Training Center in Washington. Shaun began work with Reynolds and Reynolds in 1998 and was an influential member of the team that launched and supported a handful of outstanding internet products including Carpoint.com, CarsDirect Connect, Yahoo! Autos, and Reynolds Web solutions. Shaun is an Internet car guy to his core, and is currently the Executive Director at Driving Sales University. During his presentation, he is going to speak about the three critical pillars for CRM success. Shaun will explain that great technology is not the only thing you need when managing customer requests and demands.
