Dent Wizard Acquires KhS Global

September 30, 2015

ST. LOUIS — Dent Wizard International Corporation has announced its acquisition of Know How Systems Global (KhS), a St. Louis-based provider of high-volume automotive services and repairs to automotive OEMs and insurers.

KhS provides three primary offerings across the hail and automotive manufacturing/logistics channels — diversified fleet services, claims management and appraisal services — primarily in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. KhS provides solutions to automotive OEMs and insurance companies at manufacturing plants and transit sites where automobiles being shipped or held may be damaged. The company also streamlines the claims management process through its direct repair program and by providing fast and accurate assessments of catastrophic event exposure.

“Utilizing a technology enabled service platform has been a differentiator for both companies, and our combined technological resources will allow for even better and more efficient technology-based solutions for customers,” said Terry Koebbe, president and CEO of Dent Wizard. “This acquisition is a clear indicator of our commitment to invest in Dent Wizard and support our customers to successfully grow our business.”

“The KhS team is excited to partner with Dent Wizard and is looking forward to the new opportunities and solutions we can bring to our clients,” said Scott Blind, who will continue as president of KhS and oversee all catastrophe and hail operations for Dent Wizard.
