SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Carleton Inc. announced the availability of Carleton Lending Solutions, a new suite of software designed for the auto finance market. It includes CarletonCalcs, CarletonDocs, CarletonAccess and CarletonAudit.

The suite includes the latest upgrades to the firm’s LoanSmart Solutions, which have been adopted by major lending software providers for more 20 years and meets the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s third-party vendor compliance recommendations and consumer privacy and security requirements.

"Carleton’s ability to adapt our software and support to the ongoing changes in technology, lending and compliance has made us the preferred partner of loan origination software providers who recognize the importance of having long-term compliance support for their lenders,” said Pat Ruszkowski, president and CEO of Carleton. “We renamed our next generation lending solutions using the Carleton name to reflect our company’s 45-plus year compliance leadership in the lending industry. Our compliance support and active dialogue with the federal and state regulators to assist our clients in this complex and highly regulated lending environment is built in to all our lending solutions.”

Carleton first introduced LoanSmart Lending solutions in 1996. At the time the suite included web applications and software modules that integrated with loan origination systems to perform compliant loan calcultions and generate lending documents. Now the suite is used by over 125 lending software providers that use it to meet compliance requirements.

Carleton Lending Solutions supports all types of lending activities, such as mortgages, consumer, auto lending and leasing, payday lending and business lending.
