EFG, F&I Express Integrate Econtracting Capabilities

DALLAS — EFG Companies and F&I Express announced a partnership wherein both companies will fully integrate their econtracting capabilities in an effort to better serve their dealership clients.

“At EFG Companies, we understand that no two dealers are the same,” said John Pappanastos, president and CEO of EFG Companies. “Each dealer operates with different goals, success metrics, and systems, and we pride ourselves in acting as a strategic partner in their success. In our effort to further that initiative, we partnered with F&I Express to augment our growing list of e-contracting solutions with one of the most utilized eContracting platforms in the market.”

F&I Express has aggregated a network of more than 100 automotive aftermarket F&I product providers in an online portal accessible by its dealers, according to F&I Express. It then works with those auto retailers across the U.S. to improve F&I processes, it adds.

GoMoto Adds Kelley Blue Book Integration to Platform

Through the integration, users of GoMoto's Customer Experience platform will be able to offer Kelley Blue Book's appraisal tool as part of the initial customer registration process. Users will also be able to use the appraisal tool to get service customers to trade up and explore their inventory.
